Chicken & Turkey

Some of Our Featured Brands:

  • Draper Valley Farms

Draper Valley Farms has been raising chicken in Skagit Valley, WA the right way since 1935. A truly, fresh, local product, Draper Valley Farms never uses antibiotics to raise their chicken.

Draper Valley chickens are given space to roam and enjoy our Pacific Northwest climate, and participate in their natural social behaviors. Their commitment to quality feed and a reasonable pace of growth produces a cleaner, more tender bird than many of their competitors.

  • Mary's Free-Range Chicken

Mary’s Chicken is always free-range in sunny San Joaquin Valley, CA. Their farms are GAP rated and Animal Welfare Certified by independent auditors to ensure they produce a superior environment for growing poultry. EC Wilson is proud to sell the Mary’s Heirloom chicken (pictured above), which is a slow-growing, pasture-focused breed of chicken.

Another thing that sets Mary’s apart is that their birds are air-chilled rather than water-chilled after processing, which means that 100% of the finished weight is chicken, rather than water.

  • Diestel Turkey Ranch

Diestel Turkey Ranch raises birds they’re proud to eat and proud to share. Everything is produced according to strict animal welfare and environmental standards. From their commitment to regenerative agriculture, to the fresh pine-wood shavings that line their barns, to the natural and organic cleaners they use you can see their care in every step of the process. They provide their turkeys with generous spaces to roam, and are constantly pioneering innovative new processes to produce a superior bird. A core tenant of the company is they only make choices they are proud to talk about—like deciding to become one of the first turkey producers to earn a Global Animal Partnership Step 5 rating.
