Some of Our Featured Brands:

  • Blue North Humane-Harvest Pacific Cod

Blue North Cod (Bristol Wave Seafoods) is a minority-owned company providing high quality, line-caught, sustainably harvested Alaska seafood to its customers. Blue North operates with the values of the Alutiiq, Dena’ina and Yup’ik people of Bristol Bay—with a deep reverence for the land and waters in which they work. Their practices reveal a commitment to responsible management, ensuring the resource is protected for future generations.

Blue North brings fish on board one at a time—carefully handling each fish individually, leaving little or no bruising. They are flash frozen within a short period to guarantee absolute freshness of the highest quality.

  • Del Pacifico Shrimp

Del Pacifico Seafoods was founded in 2014 with the mission to produce the world’s highest quality shrimp using the most sustainable methods of harvest and processing that exist today.

Del Pacifico works in close collaboration with artisanal fishermen and offer them a fair chance to compete in the global seafood market, mostly dominated by industrial fishing. This collaboration has allowed them to promote sustainable fishing practices and to bring the world’s best shrimp to new markets.

In 2016 Del Pacifico became the first shrimp company in the world to receive Fair Trade Certification after meeting all requirements relating to labor, trade and responsible environmental practices.

  • Penn Cove Shellfish

Penn Cove Shellfish remains as the oldest and largest mussel farm in the United States, and their mussels have won top honors at international taste test competitions for their sweet flavor and fabulous texture. Along with their delicious Penn Cove Mussels, they also farm Manila Clams and Pacific Oysters.

Penn Cove is located 2 hours north of Seattle in Coupeville, Washington on scenic Whidbey Island and was chosen due to its unique hydrological and geographic features. Penn Cove is the most prolific mussel growing area on the West Coast due to our proximity to the Cascade Mountains and its geographical shape which captures the snow melt of fresh mountain river waters and the minerals they contain.
