Some of Our Featured Brands:
-
Oak&Vine Artisan Pork
Responsibly-Sourced Natural Pork from farms striving to eliminate gestation crates from how hogs are raised. Oak&Vine features pigs with Duroc genetics. We’ve found that their Duroc heritage results in superior marbling, and darker colored meat compared to conventional commodity pork.
As a Natural program, all of Oak&Vine’s pork is minimally processed without the use of growth promotants or hormones. All of Oak&Vine’s pork is trimmed to EC Wilson’s exacting standards, and all of their portioned products are cut here in house by our master butchers.

This process is 3rd party audited and measurable.
Their Certified Sustainable Program addresses the people, animals, and environment. It establishes sustainability standards and goals. The program is measured by a unique audit process and rewards constant and consistent improvement in animal welfare and environmental stewardship.

Snake River Farms Kurobuta
Snake River Farms hogs are 100% purebred Kurobuta derived from the oldest Berkshire bloodlines in the United States. Their animals are humanely raised with careful attention. Their herds are purposefully kept small so each animal receives individualized attention on a daily basis. Snake River’s stringent program does not use gestation stalls and their hogs are raised without the use of growth promotants.
Snake River Kurobuta hogs are slow-fed approximately 10% longer than commodity hogs for improved marbling. Their daily rations include a carefully balanced mixture of corn, soybean meal, rolled oats, and vitamins and minerals. This enhances the color and flavor of their pork over commodity alternatives.
