Gene Hine - Owner
As a third generation owner of a Food Service distributor dealing primarily in poultry and eggs, Gene Hine wanted to take EC Wilson in a different direction. He left his father’s company to start Skagit Valley Meats with his wife Pamela Hine. The lessons they learned their would later become the basis for the new EC Wilson Meat Co.
Jason Hine - Owner/Sales
Jason Hine grew up in the meat business, and has at one time or another performed nearly every role in the company. Now he uses that 20+ years of experience to lead EC Wilson toward future growth, while providing account representation for some of our core customers. A “Foodie” at heart, Jason is an expert on many proteins and their menu applications.
Jim Henry - Pork and Chicken Buyer
James (Jim) Henry has a passion for teaching and building up the team around him. He joined EC Wilson Meat Co. during the pandemic as a Delivery Driver and immediately earned the respect of his peers with his considerable work ethic. He brings a background in inventory and purchasing with him from his previous career as a GM.
Jordan Laine - Sales/Seafood Buyer
EC Wilson’s resident fishmonger. Jordan directly overseers our seafood sourcing, regularly inspecting our fresh shellfish and fillets to assure you’re receiving the best quality product possible. As an Account Representative, Jordan has a passion for building lasting partnerships and making sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
Justin Glanville - Sales Assistant
Justin started at EC Wilson Meats in our USDA Production Room, where he specialized in all things pork. Although he didn’t come to us with a background in meat, he quickly caught on. Now Justin assists the Sales team by writing up customer orders, writing our cut lists, and organizing our thaw program.
Lance Bennett - Internet Sales
Lance performs a primary role in organizing customer pick-ups and updating our retail website (EC2Go), while providing afternoon sales support to the rest of the team. Lance originally joined our team as a Delivery Driver, and his knowledge of the being out on the road and his prior experience in kitchens are a constant boon to the rest of the team.
Mike Carlson - Warehouse Manager
Mike has a long career in the meat business, having managed several large scale production teams, including the beef grinding operation for Seattle’s legendary Dick’s Drive-In. Now he helps to check in freight and organize our warehouse, making sure cold chain protocol is being followed, and that our stock numbers are being met.
Nancy Russell - Accounting Supervisor
A career Accounts Payable and Receivable pro, Nancy is responsible for reviewing credit decisions, communicating with customers about open invoices, and ensuring statements are sent in a timely fashion. In addition, Nancy plays a primary role in communicating with our vendors and ensuring that our bills are paid.
Randy Littlefield - General Manager
A former long term GM with Cash and Carry (now US Foods Chef Store), Randy has decades of management experience in the Food Service distribution industry. He currently oversees a wide range of are for EC Wilson including: day-to-day routing, invoicing, and purchasing while still providing Account Representation to some of our largest customers.
Sean Sanderson - Production Manager
Sean started in the industry by managing meat counters for large retailers before branching out to start his own butcher shop. He later moved on to run Sysco LA’s production team, one of the most prolific steak cutting operations in the country. Missing home, we were able to lure him back to EC Wilson where we all greatly benefit from his knowledge.
