Delivery.

Get next-day service with a smile from our dedicated crew of EC Wilson delivery drivers. We regularly hear from customers that our route drivers are the best in the industry. They take care to package your order and stock it in your walk-in. Our standard delivery range extends along the I5 corridor from Bellingham to Tacoma.

Custom Cutting.

EC Wilson’s USDA-Inspected cutting facility produces thousands of portion control cuts per day. Our experienced team of butchers processes beef, chicken, pork, lamb—you name it, we’ve probably cut it. Having someone you can trust to consistently size and trim your center of the plate proteins saves you on prep time and food cost.

  • Seattle and the Eastside - Monday-Saturday - 6 days a Week

  • Snohomish County - Monday-Friday - 5 days a Week

  • Tacoma and Puyallup - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 3 days a Week

  • Vashon Island - Tuesdays

  • Olympic Peninsula and Bainbridge - Wednesdays and Fridays

  • San Juan Islands: Tuesdays and Fridays via Puget Sound Food Hub
